Exploring Higgs Boson Pair Production with the ATLAS Detector

by Dr Babar Ali (Institute of Experimental and Applied Physics, Czech Technical University in Prague)

Europe/Prague
Description

Abstract:

One of the top priorities of the LHC physics program is the observation of Higgs boson pair production (HH) and the measurement of the Higgs self-coupling strength. In this talk, I will discuss the insights these studies offer and provide an overview of the ATLAS HH physics program. I will conclude by looking ahead to what we hope to achieve with the upcoming Run 3 data and at the High-Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC).
