This hands-on training will explore the latest developments in AI and their practical applications in research, with a particular focus on AI coding agents and agentic workflows.
The programme will include a 2-hour overview of recent AI advances and emerging issues, followed by 3 hours of practical exercises and demonstrations. Participants will have the opportunity to explore how AI agents can support their daily research work and are encouraged to bring their own use cases, questions or challenges for discussion and troubleshooting.
The training will be delivered by Michaela Liegertová. Researchers who attended the previous session are very welcome to join again, as AI has advanced significantly since then, particularly in the capabilities of AI agents and agentic workflows.
