Please make sure to pay for all events that you are participating in during the Conference that require payment.
All payments should be made as soon as possible after your registration process, and at least before the conference starts.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment can be done either via bank transfer or via credit card. Please follow the steps below.

Please make sure that all bank fees are fully covered by your account while transferring the Conference Fee. Possible extra bank charges that arise from your payment have to be paid (in cash) after arrival at the registration desk.
In order to identify your payment, it is necessary to specify the name of the participant and the registration ID. The registration ID is generated after you register and send to you via email.
It is possible to pay for multiple participants at once. In this case, please send a list of the participants specifying their names, IDs and amount of payment per person to email@example.com.
For payment by credit card please use the on-line payment system.
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club International.
All fees are quoted in CZK and include VAT. A tax invoice will be issued by our financial department after your payment, and sent to you by e-mail.
How to check your Registration and Payment status
After the Early Bird Registration deadline (November 15, 2018), a list of Registration IDs with payment status will be accessible through a link on this page. This list will be updated weekly.
