Entry visas are required for some foreign citizens. Please check with your travel agency or with the consular offices of the Czech Republic whether you need an entrance visa.
The Organizing Committee can assists by processing an official letter confirming registration for the conference. This letter does not commit the Piezo 2019 Conference to any financial obligation. Please note that the Organizing Committee is not responsible for any procedures with the Foreign Police.
The support letter can be send via email (free), regular mail (free) or by Express Mail (3 100 CZK ~ 120 EUR).
Please fill out the necessary details in the registration form if you are going to apply for a visa and would like to make use of the confirmation letter.
