The Conference Comittee must be notified about any cancellation in writing.
Cancellations until December 10, 2018 will receive a full refund of the Registration Fee reduced by 1.000 CZK (≈ 40 EUR) for administrative costs.
After December 10, 2018 it is not possible to get a refund.
If you cannot attend yourself, you have the possibility to send someone else on your registration. Please notify us before the conference starts.
The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
All refunds will be made after the conference, or by prior arrangement.
